FAITH & WORK

Williamson University is the pioneering pracademic home of the Faith and Work movement.  Our scholar-practitioners have been researching, living, and working in the fields of business-as-mission, theology of work, workplace spirituality, faith at work, and mission integration since our inception nearly 30 years ago.

We are unapologetic in this pursuit; it is our ethos and in our DNA as a Christ-centered institution!

Our faculty and staff have been immersed in ministry as entrepreneurs, leaders, managers, and mentors.

Our curriculum is saturated with pragmatic application and theoretical frameworks that help move individuals and organizations toward the fullness of what God has called us to do – make disciples and help build His Kingdom for His glory.

Our President, Dr. Roger J. Huston, has been at the center of this movement for more than two decades, teaching, writing, and presenting in his roles in Christian higher education and as the Founder of Faith Works Consulting, and on how individuals and organizations can integrate faith into their work.  He has consulted with individuals, groups, churches, and corporations on the action steps necessary to build policies, processes, programs, and people for Kingdom impact.
