The MPA program is ideal for aspiring leaders, equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to lead in any organization. Students in this program focus on topics such as understanding organizational processes, building strong & effective teams, organizing and leading groups, managing conflicts, and leading organizational change.  Concentrations in Nonprofit Management, Public Leadership, and Rural Economic Development are available.
