Ombudsman for Student Loans

If you need to dispute any issue with your federal student loan, the Federal Student Aid (FSA) Ombudsman Group is available and dedicated to assist.  The Department of Education encourages borrowers to make every effort to resolve their student loan problems.  When a solution cannot be reached, the FSA Ombudsman Group has a process and the resources to assist borrowers.
